I don't know if you're still curous about this, but it appears that the obj is creating a random number and the test case is looking to see if the twin has the same random number as obj.
Well, if you change create some default arguments, you should be able to change them again if you change your mind.
You could try to extract the original
add
function somehow, but there are other approaches.You have to keep in mind that the coins that the machine has returned in previous tests are no longer in the machine.
The other tests should really indicate what they are testing too. E.g., the first one could say something like 'Incorrect model property.'
Also there's a typo in the kata description: "Destory" should be "Destroy".
