You could add to the description that "percentage of orders" only refers to the count of processed orders here, not to the combined total orders.
i second this. i spent half an hour debugging only to find out that the denominator is the number of successful orders, not the total number of orders. which means we do not compute a rate (betwenn
0
and1
by definition), but a ratio that can potentially be greater than1
(5 errors for each success for example). it's counter-intuitive because the usefulness of expressing this ratio as a percentage is not clear either.
