I'd probably say this is 8 kyu rather than 7. Setting up a class and constructor is extremely simple.
Can't be changed anymore.

The description probably should state the order the arguments are passed in - some people could get confused with the template code only taking one argument.

It would be helpful if you wrote in the description what you had to do, It's easy to work it out after starting the kata and looking at the test cases but by just reading the description I had no idea what I was meant to do.
Thanks for the feedback, I'll try to be more specific and detailed on the description.
